  This dish works great as a side dish, makes fun to eat and it is nothing about boring tastes.

Ingredients: 140g bulgur 250ml boiling water 40-50g walnuts 1/2 pomegranate 3 cups rucola Dressing: 3 Tbsp olive oil 3 Tbsp honey

Ingredients: 300g cooked lentils (room temperature) 1 avocado 1/2 grapefruit 2-3 handful salad   For dressing: 1 tbsp wine vinegar
