A classic soup. Classic recipe. Even if you would try hard, you cannot ruin it. Foolproof.

 

Ingredients:
350g green peas (you can use frozen too)
625ml water or broth (not salted, if you use salted, edit the amount of salt in this recipe)
1 onion (larger)
ghee
1/2 tsp salt
pepper
parmesan

 

How to do it:

  1. Cut onion into cubes, fry it shortly until translucent.
  2. Add water or broth, salt and pepper. Cook for 5min.
  3. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add some another green peas, this gives the soup little bit more structure.
  5. Serve with parmesan.
