1 small cup of coffee
1 ripe banana (best frozen)
1 pear (best frozen)
1/2 tsp curcuma
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1tbsp grounded flax seeds
6pcs cashews
6pcs almonds
about 100ml water



How to do it:
Simply mix everything until very smooth and enjoy in the morning under the shining sun.
