QUINOA PATTIES

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked quinoa
1 egg
3 tbsp Flour
cca 3/4 tsp salt
cca 3/4 tsp pepper

How to make it:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Let it sit for 5min.
2. Make patties with 1/4 measure cup.
3. Fry on each side about 4min.
