Green pea patties

Ingredients for 2 servings:
200g frozen green peas
50g all-purpose flour
1 egg (Veg version: replace with 2-3 tbsp water)
1 finely cut garlic clove
1/2 finely cut onion
1/2 tsp thyme
salt
pepper

How to do it:
1. Let the green peas defrost in a room temperature or soak it in water and drain.
2. Mix green peas and water until smooth, then add rest of ingredients.
3. With a help of tablespoon, place the dough into preheated pan with oil and spread the dough into a pattie shape. After one side is done, turn.
