A classic soup. Classic recipe. Even if you would try hard, you cannot ruin it. Foolproof.
Ingredients:
350g green peas (you can use frozen too)
625ml water or broth (not salted, if you use salted, edit the amount of salt in this recipe)
1 onion (larger)
ghee
1/2 tsp salt
pepper
parmesan
How to do it:
- Cut onion into cubes, fry it shortly until translucent.
- Add water or broth, salt and pepper. Cook for 5min.
- Mix until smooth.
- Add some another green peas, this gives the soup little bit more structure.
- Serve with parmesan.
